Clean and good service. I loved the restuarant here the most, Isabela was our server at breakfast and she was just a phenomal server.

Very nice rooms, well-appointed and comfortable. Hotel has good on-site dining options with an extensive buffet breakfast and restaurant/bar for dinner. Very friendly, professional and helpful staff, too. Hotel is surrounded by a large, concrete wall and gated entrance that looks intimidating but provides a good feeling of safety for guests.

Great experience. The onsite restaurant opens early at 6am, only place open at that time in the city. On-site bar has good tunes, good vibes, and excellent drinks. The hotel has security and a check-in booth and gate such that they only allow certain individuals through, the parking garage is on-site with tons of nearby parking. Staff is very nice and accommodating at all hours. The rooms are spacious, housekeeping does a great job, the views from the room are excellent, fridge/safe in room are excellent. Will come back!

Surprisingly nice property. Well designed rooms. Spacious and spotlessly clean. Great staff who effortlessly work around language barriers. Location is meh, but the hotel is great!

Habla Manotas, Well situated this hotel is nice and has all the necessary amenities (an iron and even a ironing board). The room we had was on the 5th floor and view was, according to the surroundings, okay. My only worry is that the rooms won't age good, mainly if the carpet and the furniture are not taking care of enough. The breakfast is really good and the swimming pool is definitely a big plus for families.

Stayed here for a week on a work trip. Room was clean, staff are very friendly & accommodating. Most of the staff know English as well, which was a plus as my Spanish wasn't very good. Hotel was also very secure. Staff checked our identities before entering the main gate, and I felt safe walking around the property.

We have stayed here twice already, two weeks each time, and absolutely love this hotel. Rooms are super clean with lots of storage space, spacious bathroom with large shower (no bathtub), small kitchenette with mini-fridge and coffee maker, no microwave though. The pool was a joy to go to, was even heated in November because the nights are so cold. And I have to say the food at the restaurant is delicious. The staff is always super friendly, courteous, accommodating. The service is above and beyond excellent.
